The Family Health Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing medical care for acute and chronic health problems, and annual physical examinations, to patients served by TriValley Primary Care in an office setting. Successful candidate holds a current PA CRNP license in good standing.

Clinical Positions

The Care Manager is a member of a team of professionals dedicated to providing quality healthcare to a patient. The Care Manager is responsible for providing patient outreach and care coordination for patients with moderate to complex medical needs under minimal supervision. Successful candidate holds a current certificate as a Certified Medical Assistant (from the American Association of Medical Assistants), or as a Registered Medical Assistant (from the American Medical Technologists Institute of Education), or holds a current Pennsylvania Nursing License in good standing.

The Office Nurse is a member of a team of professionals dedicated to providing quality healthcare to a patient. The Office Nurse participates in patient care by assisting the physician, performing various nursing tasks, and acting as a communication link between the patient and the physician and other healthcare providers in the community. Successful candidate holds a current PA nursing license (RN or LPN) in good standing.

Office Nurse positions are available at the following locations:

  • FT Clinical Position (LPN) available in our Lower Salford Office. Must have a valid PA LPN license in good standing. Applicants must have background clearances. Hours will include Monday & Thursday evenings, as well as rotating Saturday mornings.
  • PT Clinical Position (LPN/RN) available in our Upper Perkiomen Office. Must have a valid LPN or RN license in good standing. Applicants must have background clearances. Hours are 7:45am-5pm on Mondays and Fridays, 9:45am-8pm on Wednesdays and rotating Saturday mornings.
  • FT Clinical Position (LPN/RN) available in our Upper Perkiomen Office. Must have a valid LPN or RN license in good standing. Applicants must have background clearances. Hours are Mondays from 11am-8:30pm, Wednesdays from 11am-8pm, Thursday & Fridays from 8am-5pm and rotating Saturday mornings.

 

The Medical Assistant (Clinical) is a member of a team of professionals dedicated to providing quality healthcare to a patient. The Medical Assistant (Clinical) participates in patient care by assisting the physician, performing various nursing tasks, and acting as a communication link between the patient and the physician and other healthcare providers in the community. Successful candidate holds a current certificate as a Certified Medical Assistant (from the American Association of Medical Assistants or National Association of Health Professionals), or as a Registered Medical Assistant (from the American Medical Technologists Institute of Education) or the equivalent.

Medical Assistant positions are available at the following locations:

  • FT Medical Assistant Position available in our Lansdale Office. Must be either certified or registered as a Medical Assistant and it must be in good standing. Applicants must have background clearances. Hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, and rotating Saturday mornings from 8am-12pm.
  • PT Medical Assistant Position available in our Upper Perkiomen Office. Must be certified or registered as a Medical Assistant and it must be in good standing. Applicants must have background clearances. Hours are 7:45am-5pm on Mondays & Fridays, 9:45am-8pm on Wednesdays and rotating Saturday mornings.
  • FT Medical Assistant Position available in our Upper Perkiomen Office. Must be nationally certified or registered as a Medical Assistant and it must be in good standing. Applicants must have background clearances. Hours are Mondays from 11am-8:30pm, Wednesdays from 11am-8pm, Thursdays & Fridays from 8am-5pm and rotating Saturdays.
  • FT Medical Assistant Position available in our Lower Salford Office. Must be nationally certified or registered as a Medical Assistant and it must be in good standing. Applicants must have background clearances. Hours will include Monday & Thursday evenings, as well as rotating Saturday mornings.

Administrative Positions

  • FT Position in our Lansdale Office. Duties to include answering phones, collect copays or balances, checking patients in and out, verifying insurance coverage, document scanning, filing and other duties as assigned. Hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
  • FT Position in our Corporate office in Perkasie. Duties to include maintaining spreadsheets, aggregate data points & develop reports, compose letters & memoranda, revise & assist with formatting documents, schedule & coordinate meetings for Practice Administrator. Applicants should have robust Excel skills, accurate typing, excellent phone etiquette & interpersonal/communication skills, be able to handle confidential material & multitask. This position is full time, 40 hours per week, no nights or weekends.
  • FT Position in our Lansdale Office for an Assistant Administrative Supervisor Successful applicant should have the ability to take charge of projects through to completion, work well with a variety of personalities & be able to problem solve. Applicants should also have 2 years of experience in a medical office setting with EMR and must possess depth of experience sufficient to thoroughly understand the demands of a medical office setting. Applicant must have proficient skills in Microsoft Excel and Word. This position is 40 hours per week and may include 1 evening a week and rotating Saturday mornings.
